Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49. Property Access: Please note this is a 2nd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property. Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and on property. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed.
