This was the perfect beach getaway! Check in was super easy and any questions I had before were answered quite quickly. The house itself was super clean, updated, and cozy. The neighborhood was peaceful, and it was perfect to enjoy the mornings on either one of the porches! The bikes were also a wonderful addition. We loved, and highly recommend biking, to the donut place or into town! It was also super close to the nearby local beach, but also to Panama City and Seaside. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Very well maintained and thoughtfully designed home. There are plenty of games and toys for all age kids. All the kids loved the room with unique bunk beds. I loved the community pool,too. The host is always responsive with clear information and instructions. I would definitely like to stay there whenever I visit Destin again.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was adorable, very clean, and super close to the beach. It was only like a ten minute walk, and there was a few shops along the way to grab breakfast, trinkets, etc. The kitchen was gorgeous with almost professional level appliances. The gas stove in particular was so fun to cook with. The fridge was massive and they had a fenced in back porch where we could listen to the birds in the morning. It was only a short drive to Panama City and the airport. The owner also recommended a pirate show right up the road, and it was a blast! We will definitely be back!

We had the best stay with Andrew! The house was perfect for our group with plenty of room, a beautiful pool, lots of amenities provided, and very clean. Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, and were so kind to accommodate early check-in. Area is peaceful and quiet and only a 5-minute drive to the beach and anything else you could need. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay here! We were provided with everything we needed plus more! I think the bikes were one of our favorite parts of the trip! It was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group!

Amazing location. Plenty of space for our group Of 10. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Plenty of restaurants close by. Fully stocked kitchen, the unit was very clean and comfy. Highly recommend this unit for your Destin stay

Andrew was the BEST host we have ever had! He responded almost immediately. Even though we had NO complaints, the condo didn’t have a can opener and he had one delivered within the hour. The condo felt just like home. We stayed for a month and were so sad to leave! We hope to be back next year and more than a month. Also the beach is just across the road. The condo comes with a wagon, four chairs and an umbrella. This is the perfect place, great part of town and very peaceful! We absolutely loved it!

We had an amazing time here! The house was gorgeous and had the plenty of space for all of us. We absolutely loved hanging out by the pool, and took lots of pictures with the mural! The screened in porch was great to get a break from the sun but still enjoy the gorgeous weather! It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach that was completely sidewalk the entire way! The wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella provided made the journey so easy! We also loved getting to play ping pong and basketball in the garage in the evenings! We didn’t travel with children but noticed that there were lots of beach toys and yard games to do as well for all ages! They really thought of everything here! Would highly recommend this home for families, friends, and any vacation-goers alike! So very thankful for our wonderful visit!

This was a great place to stay and just close enough to a lot of fun things. The place was brand new and had everything we needed. The owners communicated very well and were VERY accommodating when we hade to shuffle a couple things around. I’ll be back!

This place was AMAZING! Andrew was an awesome host. The microwave keypad was not working properly so I let Andrew know for the next guest. When we returned from shopping there was a brand new microwave sitting on the porch waiting for us. Fantastic service. We will be back every year to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Next time we will be staying a whole week. Wonderful!!! Thank you Andrew.
